Description

This is a Solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. Solicitation No. 01Q0026 will be issued as a request for quotations, through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The United States Secret Service has a requirement for a database conversion of the watermark and ink reference files on a SQL server. The product shall be delivered within 90 days after the date of the award. This procurement is a small business set-aside. The NAICS Code is 541511 and the small business size standard is $18.0 million. The Government intends to award a firm fixed-price purchase order to the responsible offeror with acceptable past performance, whose quote, conforming to the Solicitation, is the best value to the Government.
