Description

Furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with the Sterilization/Cleaning and Packaging of Medical Instruments for US Army Meddac, Fort Drum, NY 13602. PRINCIPAL FEATURES include but are not limited to: Cleaning, Sterilization and Packaging Instruments in accordance with NYS law. Instrument Sets include, suture sets, nail sets, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy, IUD, I & D, vasectomy and hystogram tray. The Government will transport and pick up instruments. Any broke instruments will be returned to the Government. Transport containers will be cleaned by the contractor. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 and will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 62211. The anticipated issue/posting date for quotation will be on or about 10 Sept 01.The Request For Quotation will be available for downloading from the Fort Drum web page, the web page address is: http://www.drum.army.mil/ click on Business Opportunities and then click on Solicitations.
