Description

Western Regional Contracting Office is issuing a Request for Quotation for the supply and delivery for medical gases for Weed Army Community Hospital at Fort Irwin, CA. The Government intends to award a fixed price contract with Economic Price Adjustments (EPA), for a base year period of 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 and four (4) option periods. The RFQ DADA13-01-T-0083 will be available upon request to Mitch Munger via e-mail to mitch.munger@nw.amedd.army.mil. Vendors requesting a copy of this RFQ must provide business size, telephone number/facsimile number, e-mail address and a point of contact. The RFQ will be release on or about 17 August 2001. This RFQ is being issued on an unrestricted basis using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The NAIC code is 324110 with a small business size standard of 1500 employees.****
