Description

Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, Georgia, intends to negotiate a sole source procurement under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, with PSA Health Care, 107 Gateway Drive, Suite A, Macon, GA 21210, for home oxygen services for an estimated three (3) patients for the period October 1, 2001, through September 30, 2002. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. All responses must be submitted no later than 4:30 PM August 22, 2001.
