Description

This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Maritime Software Solutions, Inc, 5704 Marlin Court, Jacksonville, FL on an other than full and open competitive basis per FAR 6.302-1 to purchase the upgrade software for post mission processing. The Beartrap MQL Development is a continuing effort to upgrade the project's magnetic post mission processor. Maritime Software is the original developer of the software design. In order to complete this effort in a timely manner, and receive certification from the Office of Naval Intelligence, we need to procure this upgrade from Maritime Software Solutions. The government intents to negotiate on a sole source basis. Written requests for copies of Request for Quotation may be emailed to the attention of Betty Goddard, goddardba@navair.navy.mil. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
