Description

This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemental with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for: F64133-01-R-0033 Certified Lifeguard Services. Solicitation and Statement of Work (SOW) are provided as an attachment to this notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is: 71399 with a standard size of $5,000,000.00. Offers are due 14 Sep 01, by close of business, Chamorro Local Time (Guam), 4:30 PM. Period of Performance is 1 Oct 01 thru 30 Sep 02. The provision at FAR Part 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items will be used to determine the best value award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror conforming to the solicitation, will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors.
