This publication serves as a notice of intent to procure, on a sole source basis, with the University of Washington for NOAA, National Marine Fisheries Service to provide fresh water for fish rearing at the Big Beef Creek Research Station, water to be provide on a 24 hour per day basis. This notice may represent the only official notice. This is a simplified acquisition.
