Description
Requirement: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 10,181 rentable square feet yielding 8,853 usable square feet of contiguous office and related space in Somerset, Kentucky. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design, tasteful rehabilitation in modern use or new construction. Location: Offered properties must be located in Somerset, Kentucky within the following delineated area: NORTH: Highway 80 (From Highway 27 to College Street), SOUTH: Columbia Street to South Richardson Street to South Main Street to Gilmore Street to North Maple Road to Vernon Street, EAST: College Street (Between Highway 80 and Vernon Street), WEST: Service Roads to the East or West of Highway 27 (From Highway 80 to Highway 914). Required: All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. On-site parking is required per local code and ordinance with 48 surface parking spaces required within two blocks. Space must be ready for occupancy on April 1, 2002. Lease Term: Term is 10 years, 5 years firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges, after 5 years. Owners/Agents: To submit a location for inspection, please contact the following office.
