NOTE: DUE TO NETWORK PROTECTION -- DOD HAS IMPLEMENTED A BLOCK ON ALL DEFENSE WEB SERVERS. INTERESTED PARTIES WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS ".mil" SITES, THEREFORE, SOLICITATION DAKF61-01-B-0017 IS AMENDED TO CHANGE HOW INTERESTED PARTIES CAN GAIN ACCESS TO THE SOLICITATION AS FOLLOWS: Bid documents will be available ONLY by e-mail request sent to the Contract Specialist at mandy.johnson@emh2.mccoy.army.mil . Interested parties MUST provide reference to the IFB #DAKF61-01-B-0017, Project Title -- Slurry Seal Pavements/Parking Lots, Contractor Name, Completed Address, Telephone Number and Complete e-mail address in order to receive the e-mail solicitation at no cost. Any contractor requesting a copy of the solicitation will be placed on a plan holder listing and will be e-mailed any amendments pertaining to this solicitation. Contractors should also continue to access the http://abop.monmouth.army.mil website also, since it is unknown at this time how long the network protection block will remain in tact. All other information relating to this solicitation as published on 27 July 2001 remains the same. Any questions shall be addressed to the Contract Specialist via e-mail.
