Description

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) will be issuing a written solicitation in approximately two weeks for interior painting and wallpaper repair, at the CFTC headquarters located in Washington, DC. The CFTC occupies space on the 1st, 4th, 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th floors of the building. The space to be painted/wallpaper repaired may include, the following areas: interior office space, hallways, doorways, closet space, lobby areas and elevator areas. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, equipment and materials for performing operations in connection with the painting and wallpaper repair project. The project will include, but is not limited to, the following elements: preparing surfaces to be painted, spackling, caulking, preparing wallpaper, hanging wallpaper and painting. The NAICS Code of 235210 is applicable to this procurement. The small business size standard is $11.5 million average annual revenue.
