Description

This project consists of , but is not limited to, the roof replacement for the building, penthouse, and lower level roofs. The existing galvanized steel roof system will be replaced with a new standing seam, pre-coated galvanized steel roof system. The cast stone coping joints and copper counter flashing will require repair. New perimeter flashing, seamless gutters and additional downspouts and drains will be added, including new exterior wall panels. New tapered insulation will be provided at all locations with new roof membrane. Paver walkways will be replaced with new rubber walk pads. The NAICS is 235610. The estimated cost range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. GSA will issue this solicitation electronically only. Interested parties may access the solicitation via the Federal Business Opportunities at http://www.eps.gov, on or about July 5, 2001. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and drawings. It is also the responsibility of the offerors to monitor the site for possible amendments and/or additional information. No hard copies will be provided.
