Description

The Government has a known requirement to purchase 6,876 each Mk 141 Mod 0 Diversionary Devices. The Mk 141 Mod 0 Diversionary Charge shall be manufactured in accordance with Automated Data List (ADL) 53711-6570654 Revision A and associated drawings, which includes 12255-OES-0015 Revision A Prime Item Product Function Specification and Assembly Drawing 53711-6570654 Revision B to be provided with the solicitation package. Data shall be procured. The Government will provide M19A1 Ammunition Boxes and Wirebound boxes with spacers as GFM. The production quantity is due within 45 days after contract award. Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Origin. ISO 9002 Quality Assurance is required. The delivery terms shall be F.O.B. Origin. The acceptance period shall be within 30 days after material is received at NSWC Crane. The Government intends to award to the responsible contractor whose offer is the best value to the government considering past performance and price-related factors. A safety survey will be required prior to award of the contract to ensure contractors comply with the requirements of DFARS 252.223-7002 and 252.223-7003. Contractors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database. The acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. All small business sources will be considered.
