NOUN: WINDSHEILD ASSY P/N: 5-89354-3132 NSN: 1560-01-018-8341 SOL#: F34601-01-04360 THIS IS A "RIGHTS GUARD" REQUIREMENT. THIS IS A RESTRICTED REQUIREMENT. It is restricted to sources capable of manufacturing a bonded transparency subject to extreme temperature and pressure conditions. Manufacturing processes are extremely critical and failure could result in loss of windshield/aircrew/aircraft. A complete data package is not available to make this a full and open competition procurement. The sources capable of meeting this requirement are: Serracin/12035, PPG idustries/53117,Boeing/81205
