Description

Provide the following supply item: 1 each spray paint booth, to be permanently installed and fully integrated in the designated area. Industrial spray booth with width of 15ft, 11 ft height, 25 ft length. Drive through doors at both ends (with corresponding renovations to facility) Stand alone central control panel with spray & cure cycles of gas heated make up air, auto digital temperature controls, safety interlock for fan,18 gauge galvanized steel panels (white), 208/230/460 exhaust fan with stand alone ventilating system. Twenty four each class 1,div 2, 4 tube flourescent lighting, self contained breathing air system & connections, fire detection system (tied in to the existing sytem) totally installed with operator training package for 12 individuals. There will be a MANDATORY SITE VISIT on AUGUST 17, 2001 at 0800 starting in BLDG 78, CIVIL ENGINEERING CLASSROOM, MIDDLETOWN, PA 17057. DRAWINGS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED AT THAT TIME.
