Description

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute intend to purchase a brand named only Pulse Programmer, manufactured by Analogic Corporation, to include the following: 1. Product # DBS2050A, (1) one each of 2.4 (GS/s)Giga Sample/second Waveform Generator, 2. Product #DP7040-1, (1) one each of 4 Slot Instrument Chassis, 3. Product #1394, (1) one each of Slot Zero Control and 4. Product #WaveSmith, (1) one each of Software package. The Government intends to evaluate offers and award a contract without discussions with Offerors providing the required product and literature. Therefore, the initial offer should contain the offeror?s best terms from a technical and price standpoint. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 334516 and the Size Standard is 500 employees for this requirement. This requirement is a small business set-aside. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. Interested vendors capable of furnishing the government with the products in this synopsis should submit two (2) copies of a proposal to the below address. The quotation shall include the business size, itemized price, shipping cost if applicable, prompt payment terms, the F.O.B. Point (Destination or Origin), Taxpayer Identification Number (TNN), Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNs), and descriptive literature of the product quoted. The proposal must reference ?Solicitation number? NHLBI-PS-2001-054. Proposals will be due fifteen (15) calendar days from the publication date of this synopsis or August 24, 2001 by 8:30 a.m. local time, whichever is later. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which if timely received, shall be considered by the agency.
