Funds are not currently available for this requirement. Offerors are advised that the cost of any response to, or other cost incurred as a result of, this solicitation is at the offeror's own risk. Unless funds are made available for this requirement, no contract will be awarded. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format described in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), F19650-01-Q-0042. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-27 dated June 25, 2001. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 339992 and the small business size standard is 500. The procurement consists of the following: CLIN 0001, 1 each, Console -- Rodgers Trillium 807 Classic Organ Console, bench, 2 manuals, 36 stops, standard dark oak finish, six (6) Rodgers FR01.7LX Speakers with grilles, two (2) Rodgers SW-7.5 Subwoofer Cabinets and one (1) Rodgers S-800 Power Amplifier. FOB Point: Destination. Prices will include freight, delivery, installation, labor, voicing and warranty. Estimated delivery time thirty (30) days or less.
