Description

The contractor shall conduct a national assessment of PV's offset or pollution reduction potential for gaseous species carbon dioxide, nitrogen oxide, and sulfur dioxide. The data sets are to be primarily based on existing measured PV operating data for a minimum of 1 year for each system. No measurements are to be conducted by this project. If required, simulated data may be used to "fill in holes" when measured data does not exist for certain states or regions of the country. All the North American Electric Reliability Council districts must be covered by the assessment. This is an unrestricted solicitation. The will be issued about 8/9/01 and will be available only at the EPA web site. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
