Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Center for Mental Health Services, through services provided by the HHS/Program Support Center, intends to award a 17-month simplified acquisition to obtain an "Asian-American/Pacific Islander (AAPI) Mental Health and Youth Violence Prevention Resource Directory. Under the terms and conditions of this acquisition, the successful offeror will: 1) create web-ready content for the AAPI Mental Health Resource Center webpage (hereafter referred to as the AAPI Resource Center; 2) develop or collect products on mental health, mental illness and youth violence in AAPI communities and make them available on the AAPI Resource Center webpage ; create a searchable database directory of AAPI-serving mental health and youth violence prevention programs; 3) provide a listing of bi-lingual service providers with specific knowledge on working within AAPI communities; 4) serve as a clearing house for multi-lingual brochures covering topics such as depression, eating disorders, care of the elderly, access to health care services, etc. ; 5) and develop novel materials where existing materials cannot be located, such on-line fact sheets that give current population statistics, psychiatric epidemiology data, etc. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be available for download at the following address(es) 15 days after issuance of this notice: http://www.eps.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov.
