Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service requests information and/or proposals for an Office Trailer with the following specifications to be provided and installed at 3100 Desert Road, Suffolk, VA 23439: 14 feet wide X 60-70 feet long outside dimensions; four 10' or 11' offices, each with a closet, 24" x 53" window with screen, and adequate fluorescent lighting and electrical receptacles for computer equipment and peripherals; central area with adequate space for conference table, copier and printer, side counter, and refrigerator; extra room suitable for use as storage/utility or bathroom (plumbing not required); 20 oz. commercial carpet throughout; all interior walls of 1/2" vinyl covered gypsum; exterior of Smart Panel (fibrous concrete) material; rubber coated roofing; minimum two 36" x 80" steel doors with windows; three ton air conditioner with 10 KW heat, overhead supply system, insulated plenum wall; and 100AMP, 110V single phase load center. Proposals shall include setup costs to include footings, block level and anchor, skirt, and steps.
