Description

This acquisition is for the International Broadcast Rights for Television Programming. The Broadcast Rights are for an estimated 600 hours, which are anticipated to be purchased under this contract. This is a Sole Source Requirements contract, with four option years, that will be solicited from CBS Broadcast International, who is the exclusive rights holder for the International Broadcast Rights based on the programs that will be required. This solicitation, for commercial items, shall be prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 12. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27 (effective Date 25 Jun 01). The NAICS Code is 512120. This is for off-the-shelf television programming delivered to and in support of the American Forces Radio and Television Service located at 1363 Z Street, Bldg 2730, March ARB CA 92518-2016.
