Description

Single award term contract for period September 1, 2001 through August 31, 2002, for the Defense Automated Printing Service. Production area assumed to be within the Los Angeles commercial zone. Note: This procurement is set aside for small disadvantaged businesses only. Bids received from firms which are not small disadvantaged businesses will not be considered. Production of envelopes, invitations and cards. Barional Envelopes: Approximately 7 orders per year, approximately 400 copies per order, 4-3/8 x 5-3/4". The Government will furnish approximately 90 percent of the envelopes. Invitations: Approximately 48 orders per year, approximately 250 copies per order, 4-1/4 x 5-3/8". The Government will furnish approximately 85 percent of the invitations. Cards: Approximately 23 orders per years, approximately 250 copies per order, 2-1/2 x 3 through 4-1/2 x 5-1/2". The Government will furnish approximately 9 percent of cards. Operations include copy pickup, composition, films, proofs, printing, binding, packing, labeling and marking, and distribution. Four to fourteen workday production schedule. Product Quality Level IV Attributes. Requirements for bidding are available by request via email or mail on your firms letterhead.
