This is a pre-solicitation notice. To replace mechanical and electrical equipment in Bldg. 293 CP, Newport Naval Complex, Newport, RI. This entails abating asbestos containing insulation on condensate tanks, reinsulate condensate tanks, and non-destructive testing and related work. This will be a firm fixed priced contract. Unrestricted. Prospective bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database. Failure to do so may render your firm ineligable for award.
