Description

FISC NNSY Annex intends to procure on a sole source basis from Cooperheat the original equipment manufacturer items listed below. This is a combined solicitation/synopsis for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13.5 with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00181-01-Q-0551 applies. The solicitation document incorporates clauses and provisions in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The NAICS classification is 334419 and the small business size standard is 500. Numbered Note 22 applies. Item descriptions as follows: CLIN 0001: 6-Way Power Supply, P/N 09011201, QTY- 2 each, CLIN 0002: Cover, P/N 09003600, QTY 2 each, CLIN 0003: Dolly, P/N 53000200, QTY 2 each. Required delivery: 10 September 2001. Inspection/acceptance at destination. Ship to address is Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Attn: Receiving Officer, Bldg. 276, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. The following provisions and clauses apply to this solicitation and are incorporated by reference: FAR provision 5.212-1, 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 42.247-34 and DFAR 252.212-7000.
