Description

Solicitation number N00604-01-T-B110. The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor HI intends to negotiate an unrestricted, Sole Source contract for maintenance services with ATL Ultrasound in accordance with FAR Part 12.6. The contract will include a Base year plus four (4) one year options. Item 0001AA: Base year maintenance service for one (1) each ATL Ultrasound Machine, Model 51000. Period of performance 01 Oct 2001 thru 30 Sept 2002. Item 1001: First year option period maintenance service for one (1) each ATL Ultrasound Machine, Model 51000. Period of performance 01 Oct 2002 thru 30 Sept 2003. Item 2001: Second year option period maintenance service for one (1) each ATL Ultrasound Machine, Model 51000. Period of performance 01 Oct 2003 thru 30 Sept 2004. Item 3001: Third year option period maintenance service for one (1) each ATL Ultrasound Machine, Model 51000. Period of performance 01 Oct 2004 thru 30 Sept 2005. Item 4001: Fourth year option period maintenance service for one (1) each ATL Ultrasound Machine, Model 51000. Period of performance 01 Oct 2005 thru 30 Sept 2006. Location of equipment is the Naval Medical Clinic, Makalapa Clinic, Pearl Harbor HI. The NAICS code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 811219 and $5.0 mil respectively. FAR Part 13.5 applies. All contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database, (CCR), to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards.
