Description

F09609-01-Q-0007-FGWB-01-0021. This modification issued to add the following items to the work to be performed: The project includes removal of approximately 160 Square Feet of asbestos containing floor tile in an area near the front door and a small equipment room; the facility is painted with lead based paint requiring proper disposition; a diesel fuel tank behind the building is to be removed; the facility sign at the entrance is to be removed; all cables inside the building will be disconnected by the Government and pedestaled outside the building prior to the start of demolition; the Government will remove all equipment from the building that will be retained by the Government prior to start of demolition, this includes the generator, transfer panel and one air handler and condenser; The disturbed area is to be grassed with a year round seed mix after demolition is completed. all other terms and conditions remain the same. The site visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 14 August 2001 at 2:00 PM and quotes are due Thursday, 30 August 2001 by 4:30 PM.
