Description

The contractor shall provide services, management, planning, supervision, labor and transportation to perform library services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement and all terms and conditions in the solicitation for the Coast Gu ard Training Center Yorktown, VA. The solicitation will be issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. A firm-fixed price type contract will be awarded by 30 September 2001. The base period of performance will be on or about 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002 with four (4) one year option periods, if exercised by the Government. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The NAICS Code is 514120 with a size standard of $5 million .
