- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are hereby requested and no written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is F09650-01-T-1601. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. The applicable NAICS code is 541330. The solicitation includes a one-month basic period (145 hours) plus four annual options (1,740 hours per year). Item 0001 is for services of one individual (Logistics Management Specialist) to support the Electronic Warfare Directorate's (WR-ALC/LN) Quick Reaction Capability (QRC) program. Item 0002 is for reimbursement of travel costs. Item 0003 is for reimbursement of cost of contractor acquired property. Item 0004 is for data. These items are included in all option periods. Offerors shall propose an hourly rate for each period for item 0001 and, if separately priced, an annual lot price for item 0004, for each fiscal year (October-September) through September 2005. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business. Performance will begin approximately 1 Sep 01. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items applies. INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED PROPOSALS FOR THE CONTRACTING WITH INDIVIDUALS PROGRAM MUST CONFIRM THEIR PROPOSAL. A NEW OR ADDITIONAL PROPOSAL IS NOT REQUIRED; HOWEVER, PREVIOULSY SUBMITTED PROPOSALS MAY BE REVISED OR UPDATED. This requirement requires the services of one individual with skills equivalent to a GS-346-12, Logistics Management Specialist, to support the Electronic Warfare Directorate at Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins AFB GA. Offers will be evaluated on a best value basis. Evaluation factors, in descending order of importance, are experience, past performance, price, education and general considerations.
