Description

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP), through s ervices provided by the HHS/Program Support Center intends to award a 13.5 month simplified acquisition. Under the terms an d conditions of this acquisition, the successful offeror will provide targeted technical assistance and capacity building se rvices to CSAP's substance abuse prevention and HIV/AIDS prevention program planning grantees in the area of program develop ment services. These grantees are recently established private, nonprofit 501(c)(3) African-American, Hispanic/Latino, Amer ican Indian and Asian/Pacific Islander organizations in areas of high sero prevalence. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) wil l be issued approximately 15 days after this synopsis is issued and will be made available electronically at this address(es ): http://www.eps.gov or http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Quotes will be due approximately 15 days after the solicitation is iss ued.
