Description

Sole Source Set-Aside. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) has a requirement to add several components to Pressure Water Heaters, CLINs 0001AU through 0001AX on Contract DTRA01-01-C-0046, Procurement of Safety and Support Equipment, that were identified as a additional requirement by the Russian Ministry of Defense after the contract was awarded. To establish these objectives, DTRA intends to modify Contract DTRA01-01-C-0046 to Raytheon Technical Services Company, 12160 Sunrise Valley Drive, Reston, VA 20191 for a modification not to exceed $2.7M. DTRA believes that Raytheon is the only source capable of procuring the necessary equipment since this was a full and open competition on the previous RFP. Please note that this is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) and NO solicitation will be issued as a result of this notice.
