Description

Construction of a 60-member Training Facility containing approximately 1084 square meters to include Administrative offices and unheated storage consisting of concrete floor slabs, structural steel frame, concrete masonry unit walls, open web joists, steel decking and metal roofing. Interior work includes plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. Utilities, landscaping, paved POV parking, and paved entrance drive is included. Bid option to this solicitation is as follows: Provide and Install Caging and Shelving. The estimated cost range for this project $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 27 August 2001 and Bid Opening Date is 27 SEP 2001 at 2:00 PM EST. This project is available on compact disk only.
