Description

Furnish all Labor, Materials and Equipment necessary to Correct Building Deficiencies at the James E. Van Zandt VA Medical Center, Altoona, PA. Work includes, but is not limited to Removal and Installation of Doors and Frames; Removal and Installation of Expansion Joint Assemblies; Removal and Installation of Concrete Sidewalk and Steps including Railings; Extension of Existing Wall to Concrete Deck including Sealants; Mechanical and Electrical. Work to be completed within ninety (90) calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bid packages must be requested in writing. Payment of $25.00 non-refundable fee per solicitation package must be received by the Contracting Office before package is mailed. Checks are made payable to the Department of Veterans Affairs. Estimated construction cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. NAICS code is 23590.
