Description

Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, quality control, and supervision necessary to maintain 1390 mil itary family housing units at Andersen AFB, Guam, in addition to preparing housing units for new occupants (change of occupa ncy maintenance) in accordance withe the performance work statement applicable for this contract. Resulting contract will c onsist of an 11-month base period, with performance beginning 1 November 2001, and six option years. This solicitation is s et aside for 8(a) business concerns on a competitive basis. Award will be made to the responsible 8(a) concern whose propos al is responsive, technically acceptable, and offers the best value to the Government based on a combination of price, exper ience, and past performance. The solicitation is anticipated to be issued on or about 27 July 2001. Paper copies will not be issued; the solicitation and all attachments will be made available on the FedBizOpps website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
