Description

Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to construct a concrete helicopter landing pad at Station Tillamook Bay, OR. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Construct portland cement concrete helicopter landing pad. B. Construct an asphalt concrete driveway to the landing pad. C. Construct a portland cement concrete walkway from the station pier to the landing pad. D. Provide and install a 4' high chain link fence with vinyl slats around the landing pad. E. Provide and install lighting system with controllers inside the station building. As a contingency item, provide cost per square foot for sod as identified in Section 02221. Awarding of this procurement is under pending funds availability. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 234990. Small Business size standard is $27.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered.
