Description

Project scope shall include providing labor and materials to completely cover the exterior walls of a modular building with Exterior Insulation and Finish System (EIFS). The perimeter of the building will have a decorative wide band at approximately finished floor level. A decorative band will be around every window and door opening to simualte a band of trim. All work will be as shown on plands and as described in specifications. The construction cost for the project is estimated between $25,000 and $100,000. Total construction time shall be 60 days. Solicitation packages will be available on or about August 13, 2001. Bid opening date will be on or about August 20, 2001.
