Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a requirement to procure two (2) each MacTaggart Scott Hydraulic motors, without gears, Stock Number 4320-01-445-2248, MacTaggart Scott P/N HMB4.0A-A04-A01-038. It is the Government's belief that ONLY MacTaggart Scott (OEM), and/or their authorized distributors, can provide the exact Motor, therefore it is the government's intention to solicit only the OEM, and/or their authorized distributors. Alternate motors shall not be accepted for this procurement. The Government does not possess the necessary technical and engineering data or drawings to supply with the RFQ. This information is proprietary to the OEM. Interested, responsible sources, that can provide the part number requested, may submit a quotation, which shall be evaluated. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. The RFQ package shall be available for download on or about 15 August 2001 from FedBizOpps located at www.eps.gov. The closing date for receipt of responses shall be no later than 29 August 2001. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. See Numbered Note 22.
