Description

The FDA intends to award an order for a condensing unit, evaporator, and necessary conduit for our Dauphin Island, Ala bama office. Market research revealed that Ladnier-Hardy Marine Services, Inc. was the only company that could provide the e quipment that would fit into the same space as the original equipment. Interested persons may identify their interest and c apability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, all infor mation received within fifteen (15) days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government . A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely wit hin the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determinin g whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
