Description

Line item 0001- 500 Gal UL-2085 (2-hour fire rated) double walled tanks 4 ea. Each tank will consist of the following: a) visual gages for determining the amount of product that is in the tank, with appropriate mounting fittings. b) Spill Containment box at the fill port, Overfill protection to prevent spills. c) Stairs 2-3 steps for access to the top of the tank. d) 5:1 air operated Stub Pump/with appropriate fittings, pressure relief valve, air line regulator d) a low level alarm switch e) Appropriate vents for both primary and secondary containment area's f) Tank heater w/0-100 degree F thermostat (adjustable) 110 or 220 VAC. These tanks are used for new POL product that will be pumped into the shop. Line Item 0002- 1000 Gal UL-2085 (2 hour fire rated) Double Walled Waste Oil tank 1 ea. Tank will consist of the following: a) Manual/Visual gage for determining liquid level. b) Spill containment box on the pump out side to prevent spills w/appropriate fittings. 1-1/2" (2" standard opening may be reduced to 1-1/2") oil inlet opening for filling tank. c) Appropriate vents for both primary and secondary containment area's d) Stairs 2-3 steps for access to the top of the tank e) High overfill alarm switch. This tank is used for waste 15/40w, 80/90w, & 10w respectively. Line Item 0003- 500 gal UL-2085 (2 hour fire rated) Double Walled Waste Oil Tank 1 ea. Tank Will consist of the following: a) Manual/Visual gage for determining liquid level. b) Spill containment box on the Pump out side to prevent spills w/appropriate fittings. 1-1/2" oil inlet opening for filling tank (2" standard opening May be reduced to 1-1/2"). c) Appropriate vents for both primary and secondary containment areas' d) Stairs 2-3 Steps for access to the top of the tank e) High overfill alarm switch. This tank is used for Waste Dextron Oil. Line Item 0004- Overhead Reel Sets will consist of the following a) 40 Medium Pressure reel with 50' length " hose, b) 30 medium pressure reel inlet hose "x18" mxf, c) 30 medium pressure 90 deg. Reel inlet elbow d) 30-3/8" ball Valve e) reel set will need mounting brackets to mount to ceiling. Line Item 0005-Low Pressure Reel Sets Will Consist of the following: a) 10 Low pressure hose reels with "x50' hose and stop ball, b) 10 inlet hose "x18" Mxf, c) 10 " inlet 90 a) deg elbow d) 10-1/2" ball valve e) reel set will need mounting brackets to mount to Ceiling. Line Item 0006AA-Control Handles a) 10 Medium pressure control handles w/rigid end elbow used for 90w-gear oil for gear lube service b) no meter required. Line Item 0006AB- Control handles a) 20 Control Handle Metered, oil, quart register with flex hose spout, used with 15/40 motor oil & 10w. Line Item 0006AC- Control Handles a) 10 No Meter hose end control handles Used for ATF. Line Item 0006AD- Control Handles a) 10 Radiator facet with heavy rubber spout used for antifreeze b) 10 " x " BI and " x 2" BI Nipple. Line Item 0007- 240-Gallon UL-142 Double Walled Interim Tank 1ea. Tank will consist of the following: a) Manual and Visual gage for determining liquid level. b) 2" oil inlet opening for filling tank. c) Appropriate vents for both Primary and secondary containment area's d) Air operated diaphragm pump for pump out e) Float switch with air Solenoid valve. This tank serves as an interim tank between the 1000-gal tank and the pumps. Line Item 0008- Polyurethane Tank 300-500-gal cap. 1ea. Tank will consist of the following: a) liquid level switch w/2" mount. b)Air operated diaphragm pump for pump out. Line Item 0009-Air operated Diaphragm pumps 18 ea. Pumps will Consist of a) 1" ports with a 3/8" air inlet b) 1:1 ratio c) 18 ea. Ball valve 3/8" c) 18 1"x4' hardwall flexsteel suction Hose, 6 with 1" Female hose coupler, 6 with 1" male hose coupler, 6 with " Female coupler. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses. The size standard for a small business concern including its affiliates is a Maximum of 500 employees. SIC 3561, NAICS 333911, Pump and Pumping Equipment Manufacturing. Telephonic requests will not be accepted.
