Description

This acquisition is for Commercial Item/Services. Provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary for collection and disposal of refuse generated at U.S. Coast Guard Base Integrated Support Command Seattle, WA. The period of performance is one base year, beginning 1 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, with four one year options. The government will award a contract from this request for proposals to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and past performance considered. This solicitation is open to both large and small business participation. The standard industrial code (SIC) is 4953. The NAIC code is 562219. The size standard is $10.0 million. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by this agency. The solicitation package shall be available electronically by accessing http://www.eps.gov on or about 11 June 2001. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. Amendments to the solicitation will also be provided on the Internet using the same protocol listed above.
