Description

This is amendment 0001 to combined synopsis/solicitation Request For Quotation (RFQ) N00140-01-Q-3805 posted on the CBDNet on August 8, 2001. CLIN 0003 Extended Warranty of CLIN 0002 items is hereby deleted. The standard commercial warranty shall apply. Offerors are advised not to provide a price quote on CLIN 0003. The evaluation factors are hereby changed. Past Performance and Price will be the only evaluation factors. Past Performance will be considered more important than price. Award will be made to the responsible offeror(s) whose total offer conforming to the solicitation is determined most advantageous to the government. Responses to this solicitation are due no later than 12:00 p.m. local (Philadelphia, PA) time, 21 August 2001. All offers shall be sent to FISC Norfolk Det-Philadephia, Attn: Bid Room, Code 02P52I, 700 Robbins Ave., Bldg. 2B, Philadelphia, PA 19111 and should reference RFQ N00140-01-Q-3805. Proposals submitted via facsimile should reference RFQ N00140-01-Q-3805 and be forwarded to (215) 697-9738. In accordance with FAR 52.215-5, if the offeror chooses to transmit a facsimile proposal, the government will not be responsible for any failure attributable to the transmission or receipt of the facsimile proposal.
