Description

Contractor shall provide physician internal medicine services at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, KY, for the period of 01 September 2001 through 01 May 2002. The start date could by delayed for a period NTE 10 days. Total hours of service the contractor shall be required to work shall not exceed 2328.
