Description

Provide Intramural Basketball and Varsity Basketball, Intramural Volleyball, Intramural and Varsity Softball, Intramural Soccer, and Intramural Flag Football coaches, scorers, and timers to include rules clinic for coaches, rule books for the current year of each sport, 1 copy to the Program Director and 1 copy to the Athletic Director for the Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex Fitness Centers Sports Program. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-27. The proposed procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611699 and the size standard is $5 million. Women and small disadvantaged business concerns are encouraged to submit offers. Line Item 0002 ~ Varsity Basketball ~ 2 Officials for 48 games (______each official per game); 1 Timer for 48 games (_____per game); 1 Scorer for 48 games (____ per game). Line Item 0003 ~ Intramural Volleyball (to include Beach Volleyball) ~ 2 Official for 132 matches (___each official per match); 1 Timer/Scorer for 132 matches (_____per match). Line Item 0004 ~ Intramural Softball ~ 2 Officials for 289 games (______each official per game); 1 Scorer for 289 games (______per game). Line Item 0005 ? Varsity Softball ? 2 Officials for 24 games (______each Official per game); 1 Scorer for 24 games (_____per game). Line Item 0006 ~ Intramural Soccer ~ 3 Officials for 40 games (______each Official per game). Line Item 0007~ Intramural Flag Football ~ 3 Officials for 94 matches (______each Official per match). SEE ATTACHED STATEMENT OF WORK. Place(s) of delivery and acceptance is Maxwell AFB AL 36112 and Maxwell AFB-Gunter Annex AL 36114. FOB is destination. Period of performance is 1 Oct 01 through 15 Sep 02. NO PARTIAL QUOTES WILL BE CONSIDERED. Funds are not presently available for this solicitation. The Government?s obligation under this solicitation is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the contracting officer for this contract and until the contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the contracting officer. Pricing that is reflected in the proposal shall remain valid from the date proposed to 15 Sep 02.
