Description

The Bureau of Indian Affairs, Anadarko Agency, Anadarko, Oklahoma is soliciting for proposals from licensed Attorneys and Tribal Court Advocates to provide Prosecutorial Services for the Anadarko Agency in the Court of Indian Offenses, commonly referred to as the CFR Court. This solicitation will have a two day per week court requirement with a maximum dollar amount available of $36,500.00. Proposals will be ranked on technical qualifications, past experience and cost. This acquisition is set aside for certified 51% Indian-owned and controlled firms under the Buy-Indian Act, 25 USC 47. This procurement is subject to Section 7(b)of P.L. 93-638 (25 U.S.C. 45e) and 41 CFR 14-1.354, which requires that preference opportunities in employment and training be given to Indian/Alaskan Individuals and that preference in the award of subcontracts be given to Indian/Alaskan Native Economic Enterprises. Failure by the Contractor to submit a plan for doing so prior to award and implement the same after award shall be sufficient reason for non-award or termination of the contract for default.
