F09609-01-Q-0025: AMENDMENT to Solicitation is hereby issued. This amendment is prepared for clarification of CLIN 0001 and SubCLINs 0001AA through 0001AM . CLIN 0001 is the total per month price. CLIN 0001 includes all the items in the SubCLINs. SubCLINs quantity /description is as follows: SubCLIN 0001AA: quantity 1262 standard sheets, SubCLIN 0001AB: quantity 90 queen sheets, SubCLIN 0001AC: quantity 1535 pillow cases, SubCLIN 0001AD: quantity 250 bedspreads, SubCLIN 0001AE: quantity 2250 bath towels, SubCLIN 0001AF: quantity 2250 hand towels, SubCLIN 0001AG : quantity 2250 wash cloths, SubCLIN 0001AH: quantity 1650 bath mats, SubCLIN 0001AI : quantity 500 mattress pads, SubCLIN 0001AJ: quantity 100 pillows, SubCLIN 0001AK: quantity 250 shower curtains, SubCLIN 0001AL : quantity 5 drapes and SubCLIN 0001AM: quantity 6 sets of uniforms. Additional applicable clauses: DFARS 252.237-7014 and DFARS 252.237-7016 shall be incorporated into any contract resulting from this notice.
