Description

Furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment and vehicles to perform the following work: grass mowing, maintenance of landscaped areas, trails, and footpaths, cleaning services, janitorial services, and beach water samples associated with the operation of the water resource project at Laurel River Lake, London, Kentucky. Laurel River Lake is located on Laurel River about 30 miles southeast of Somerset, Kentucky and due west of Corbin, Kentucky. Award shall be made based on both price and past performance. Request for Quotation (RFQ) packages will be available on or about 12 September 2001. Quotes are to be received by close of business (4:15 p.m. Central Standard Time) 12 October 2001. Work to begin on or about 01 January 2002 with an option to renew for one (1) additional year. This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and not expected to exceed $100,000.00. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 561210 Facilities Support Services. Size standard for Small-Business Set-Aside is average annual receipts for the preceding three (3) years not to exceed $20 million. Responsible sources requesting RFQ documents may submit a quote which will be considered by the Agency.
