Description

Furnish all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to harvest locally Slash, and Loblolly and Longleaf Pine trees through selective thinning and standard clear cutting practices, from 3 areas totaling 297 acres. Volumes are estimat ed at approximately 4189 tons of Pine Pulpwood, 833 tons of Pine Sawtimber and 100 tons of Hardwood Pulpwood Timber is cons idered average for the Sumter Area. The area to be harvested is at Poinsett Electronic Combat Range, Wedgefield, SC located in Sumter County, SC. The issue date will be on or about 15 Aug 2001. Offeror closing date will be 18 Sep 2001.
