Description

Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, and materials to perform all work to repair the interior and exterior fire damage of a two-story housing unit. Work includes but is not limited to: replacing exterior damaged siding, doors, windows , metal soffit and fascia; replacing interior fire damaged drywall, tile, flooring, painting ceilings and woodwork; replacing kitchen cabinets, floor joists, subflooring, light fixtures, outlets, electrical wiring, heating ducts and runners; and replacing fiberglass bathtub shower combination and vanity sink. The magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) is 233210 with a small business size standard of $7 million for three (3) preceding fiscal years. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about August 27, 2001. Bidders must be registered in the Centr al Contractor Registration database in order to receive award. All requests for this RFQ should be in writing and reference the Solicitation Number: DABT19-01-Q-1026. Contractor shall indicate their Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) and if they are hu bzone certified, woman-owned, minority business concern, small or large business firm and their ZIP CODE + 4.
