Description

Furnish all supervision, labor, equipment, materials and appliances necessary to perform all operations in connection with Cutout, repair, and reseal all concrete sidewalk expansion joints at the front, rear and side of the concrete sidewalks located at Building P-10000, Fort Drum, NY. PRINCIPAL FEATURES include but are not limited to: Contractor will, sawcut out all damaged, cracked, spalled, and deteriorated concrete expansion joints and fill with Z-Crete Pre-Blended FS Concrete on all concrete sidewalk around p-10000. Contractor will sawcut new joints in filled areas. Contractor will remove existing joint sealant in all joints and fill all joints with Sonneborn NP-1 Sealant. Contractor will inspect the entire area where previously coated and make repairs as needed. After all repairs are done contractor will apply Hydropel WB at the approximate rate of 200 SF Per Gallon on all sidewalk areas. Vendor will visit job site to verify all measurements and job site conditions prior to the awarding of the contract. Vendor will coordinate work with Estimators Section, Mr. Ken Gardner @ 315-772-3477, Fort Drum, New York. Contractor is responsible for providing a complete and useable facility. Materials used to repair and resurface damaged area of sidewalk must be compatible with and match existing sidewalk surfaces. This procurement is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000 and will be issued as an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 23571. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 10 Sept 2001. IMPORTANT NOTICE: DFARS 252.204-7004 "Required Central Contractor Registration (CCR)" applies to all soliciations issued on/after 06-01-98. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror / quoter INELIGIBLE FOR AWARD. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your quote.
