Description

This is a combined synopsis solicitation for The U.S. District Court of Miami for a contractor to provide fire alarm system maintenance and monitoring service. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, coordination, planning, scheduling, labor, transportation, materials, parts, supplies, tools and equipment necessary to effect ALL preventive maintenance and repairs to all equipment associated with the alarm system. The system shall be maintained in accordance with the manufactures specifications. The system is manufactured by Notifier, model # AM2020. The contractor must be an authorized Notifier distributor. The contractor must follow NFPA72 standards. The contractor is required to respond within one (1) hour for emergency service. Contractor shall provide 24 hour, seven days a week monitoring service. This solicitation provides for a base performance period, plus one option. The base performance period will be from 1 October 2001 to 31 March 2003. This requirement is subject to FAR clause 52.232-19, Availability of funds for the next Fiscal Year (APR 1984). This solicitation may be issued on/about 14 August 2001.
