Description: Indian Head Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (IHD/NSWC) requires the development of a dual payload Infra-red Decoy Flare. Indian Head is responsible for the initiators to eject the two payloads and the signal transmission (electric or pyrotechnic) method to provide power and half-second delay to the second initiator. This solicitation will be available for downloading from our website beginning approximately 28 Sept 01. Prior to this date you will not be able to access this solicitation. Request for copies of this solicitation, other than through the internet, WILL NOT BE ACKNOWLEDGED.
