Delivery:28 Feb 2002 2 ea Item 0002 data, 1 lot The approximate issue/response date will be 04 SEP 2001. The anticipated award date will be 19 Sep 2001. This proposed procurement is under a 100 percent small business set aside, the size standard for which is 500 employees. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel.
